California Power Systems, LLC is the official RFSC Training Center for these states: Hawaii, Alaska, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

Mike Stratman is the founder and current president of California Power Systems, LLC. Mike founded CPS in 1981.  He has always been eager to share his experiences and has written technical articles. They have been published in Ultralight Flying! magazine, going back as early as 1983.
