Dean and his company Aero Technical Institute are the main training arm of Lockwood Aviation.  Dean is responsible for the training that goes on his RFSC Training Centre's area.  His states include: Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Besides all of that he also helps with the tech support lines at Lockwood.  Here is a brief biography:

Dean Vogel is a 1982 graduate of the USAF Academy. He spent a total of 14 years in the Air Force maintaining and flying jets. He then worked 13 years with Cirrus Design, helping to take the company from 10 employees to 850. While there he led the company’s interface with all the technology players that resulted in the runaway success that their product enjoys. Today he has teamed with Lockwood Aviation in Sebring Florida to begin a school aimed at the Light Sport market. The Lockwood staff has tremendous experience with maintaining and overhauling the Rotax engines that are so popular on the emerging Light Sport Aircraft.
